Powered by a HONDA GX390 electric-start engine, the MechMaxx HPW40HT Hot Water Pressure Washer delivers dependable power and strong hot water cleaning performance for demanding washdown jobs. With 3,500–4,000 PSI pressure, 4.0 GPM flow, and water temperature up to 200°F, it helps remove grease, oil, mud, grime, and heavy buildup more effectively than cold water alone.
The unit is equipped with a triplex plunger pump, diesel-fired heating system, integrated control panel, and 175-gallon onboard water tank. This setup allows the washer to operate in locations where a direct water supply may not be available, making it suitable for farm, construction, industrial, fleet, and equipment maintenance applications.
Designed as a skid-mounted model, this pressure washer is built for truck beds, trailers, and utility platforms. Its rugged frame, onboard water tank, lift hook, and forklift slots support mobile cleaning jobs, easier loading, and convenient transport between worksites.

NOTE!
This machine DOES NOT COME WITH OIL AND GASOLINE in the engine. Before starting, fill the engine with both oil and gasoline. Refer to the engine manual for details.
Maximum pump pressure is 4000 PSI, with the factory working pressure preset to about 3500 PSI.

Electric Start with Battery

Powered by a HONDA GX390 gasoline engine with electric start and a 12V battery, this unit provides easier starting and dependable power for demanding cleaning jobs.

Triplex Plunger Pump

Equipped with a triplex plunger pump, the unit delivers a 4.0 GPM flow rate for powerful cleaning performance. The downstream chemical injection system works with the soap nozzle for detergent application.

Integrated Control Panel

The integrated control panel combines the hot water switch, reset button, indicator lights, and thermostat for convenient operation and temperature control.

Heating Coil

The heating coil crafted from 20mm diameter, 2.5mm thick seamless steel pipes, features a ceramic fiber insulation layer and a stainless steel shell. Ignited by a 12V DC diesel burner, it heats water to approx. 200°F in under 2 minutes. An intelligent temperature control system manages ignition and combustion for stable hot water output.

Rugged Steel Frame & 175 Gal Tank

The fully welded steel frame with a powder-coated finish provides durability and corrosion resistance. The 175-gallon poly water tank provides an onboard water supply, making the unit suitable for mobile cleaning jobs where direct water access may be limited.

Skid-Mounted Design

This skid-mounted unit features forklift slots and a lift hook for easier loading, unloading, and placement on a pickup truck, flatbed, or trailer. It is designed for mobile cleaning applications across farms, construction sites, fleet yards, and industrial worksites.

Rubber Vibration Pads

Six rubber pads help reduce vibration during operation and protect the frame and components from long-term wear.

Burner Fuel Tank

The onboard 5-gallon diesel burner fuel tank supports extended hot water operation without requiring an external fuel source for the heating system.
