How do I purchase products? is a well-known mechanical e-commerce mall with leading product display and search functions, secure online payment, and information management functions. Because of this, you can search for products and place orders with ease.

To place an order, find the product you need and make sure the size, color, model, and other parameters match your needs. You can find a detailed description on the product description page.

Occasionally, MechMaxx offers coupons for specific products. Please search for them on the coupon or product page.

After doing so, click Buy Now to enter the payment page. You can also add products to your shopping cart and continue searching for other products.

How do I configure my address?

You can enter multiple shipping addresses from "My Shipping Address" and select the address you use most often as the default address.

First, please place an order for the product you want to purchase and then go to the payment page.

On the payment page, you can configure your shipping address at the top and add your commonly used address.

Why can't I place an order?

The product may have been removed or out of stock, but your browser is not refreshing the status.

At times, when there is only one item in stock, there may be multiple customers who are on the payment page at the same time. This results in only the customer who has made the payment first successfully placing their order.

Your shipping address is outside the delivery range or contains non-English characters.

Please contact website customer service if you encounter the above situations.

How do I check the order details and view its status?

Log into your MechMaxx account and click "My Order" in the top left corner of the home page.

Find the order you want to view and click on order details.

To check the status of your order without logging in, you can use the chat window in the lower right corner of the website homepage. Follow the prompts to enter your email and order number for querying.

If I cancel my order, does the refund include the coupon discount amount?

If you cancel your order, the refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you paid.

What is the shipping policy?

We are proud to offer free shipping under most circumstances. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in CA, IL, NJ, and TX and take between 2 to 3 days to process.  Depending on your location and how easily accessible it is, the order usually takes around 3-8 business days to be delivered.

If the order is canceled or returned due to personal reasons, you are responsible for returning the order yourself and incur all costs related to shipping and re-listing the product.

How do I obtain the tracking number and track my order?

After the order is shipped, we will send you an email to inform you that the order has left our facility. Although most orders include a tracking number, some carriers do not provide it due to logistical reasons. Because of this, the status will be updated manually.

Following shipment, and after you have obtained the tracking number, you can use the number provided to track your order on the official website of the shipping company.

Another option is to track it from a third-party logistics Information query website.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary due to different product conditions, warehouse inventory, logistics arrangements, weather, seasonal holidays, and other factors. We ship out from our CA, TX, IL, or NJ warehouses depending on your location.

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days after the order is processed. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for delivery in remote areas or due to force majeure.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

Due to the unpredictability of transportation, once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, we recommend that you do not cancel your order after we have delivered the goods to the carrier. Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping and other expenses.

To prevent fraud, cancellations of orders that have not been shipped will also incur a maximum refund fee of 6%.Please refer to return and refund terms for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is processed, your funds will typically be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your refund after 5 days, please contact us by sending your order number and we will investigate the matter accordingly.

Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days for debit cards but may take 10-30 business days for credit cards.
