How to Resolve Payment Issues
If you're experiencing problems completing your order, here are the most common reasons for payment failure and how to resolve them.
1. Unable to proceed to checkout due to an "Out of Stock" message?
This can happen if you are using a VPN or proxy network, which may cause incorrect inventory display.
- Please disable your VPN and make sure you're using a real, local IP address. Then refresh the page and try again.
- Close any other tabs with shopping carts, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try to place your order again.
If the issue persists, please wait a few minutes or contact us to verify stock availability.
2. Payment failure due to payment method issues
Mechmaxx accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- MasterCard
- Visa
- American Express
- Discover
- Afterpay
If your card is not one of the supported types, please contact customer service for other options.
If you're using a supported method but payment still fails, check the following:
- Your bank may have temporarily blocked the transaction.
- Your card may be expired, or may have insufficient balance.
- The payment information may be incorrect (card number, name, billing address, CVV).
- Try again after 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Browser or device issues
- Switch to a supported browser like Google Chrome or Safari.
- If you're using a mobile device and it fails, try using a desktop computer.
- Turn off any auto-fill plugins and enter your payment details manually.
4. Still can't complete your order after several attempts?
If you've tried multiple times and still cannot pay, contact our customer support team. We can:
