Fully capable of cutting large 32" logs and planks up to 7" wide in 1/2 the time compared to a regular chainsaw.
It comes equipped with a reliable, high-performing engine that can be used over an extended period of time.
The gearbox is belt-driven via a clutch, which smoothly transfers power from the engine to the machine; maximizing operating efficiency.
Can withstand heavy workloads for long hours, even in remote areas.
The cutting thickness of each log can be adjusted. You will have the full ability to mill the wood to any size you for your desired project.
You can manually adjust the saw head direction to have full control over the cutting process for a safer and smoother outcome.

Electric Start

This sawmill is equipped with an electric-start Kohler engine, which has excellent performance, reliable quality, and can be used for a long time.

Adjustable Cutting Thickness

The handle rotates through 23 locking locations ensuring precise and consistent control. The cutting thickness can be adjusted by rotating the handle to choose the right board for you, and the maximum thickness of the board can be cut up to 7’’.

Maximum Log Diameter

This sawmill can cut a variety of logs, and can cut logs with a maximum log diameter of 32”.

Emergency Stop Button

There is an emergency stop button on the top of the handle, which can stop the machine at any time in an emergency.

Maximum Cutting Width

According to the diameter of the log, the cutting width of the log can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the saw blade. The maximum cutting width is 29’’.

Throttle Handle

You can control the cutting speed by pushing this handle, which reduces the number of required steps and speeds up your woodcutting process; making it more efficient.

Saw Blade

The saw blade is made out of carbonized steel, with dimensions of 158*1.3*0.04’’, and a rotational speed reaching as high as 787’’ per second. This will ensure a smooth and stable cutting process while also reducing the amount of wood ships.

Spiral Log Clamp

The track features easy-to-use spiral log clamps to hold logs securely while milling.

Cutting Length

The logs are equipped with a 201” standard log track, and you can purchase a 77” extension track at MechMaxx according to your needs.

It has still not arrived

Do a great job of producing quality products at affordable prices. Based on my research, no other company offers as much quality and capability as MechMaxx at this price point.

I was impressed with how heavy-duty it was. There's nothing cheap about this thing. There is considerable satisfaction in turning an ash tree into a flat plank.

I only sawed a little, but the result was better than I expected. The company was very easy to work with and resolved any questions I had very quickly. I highly recommend this sawmill.
