Electric Start

This sawmill is equipped with an electric-start Kohler engine, which has excellent performance, reliable quality, and can be used for a long time.

Adjustable Cutting Thickness

The handle rotates through 23 locking locations ensuring precise and consistent control. The cutting thickness can be adjusted by rotating the handle to choose the right board for you, and the maximum thickness of the board can be cut up to 7’’.

Maximum Log Diameter

This sawmill can cut a variety of logs, and can cut logs with a maximum log diameter of 32”.

Emergency Stop Button

There is an emergency stop button on the top of the handle, which can stop the machine at any time in an emergency.

Maximum Cutting Width

According to the diameter of the log, the cutting width of the log can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the saw blade. The maximum cutting width is 29’’.

Throttle Handle

You can control the cutting speed by pushing this handle, which reduces the number of required steps and speeds up your woodcutting process; making it more efficient.

Saw Blade

The saw blade is made out of carbonized steel, with dimensions of 158*1.3*0.04’’, and a rotational speed reaching as high as 787’’ per second. This will ensure a smooth and stable cutting process while also reducing the amount of wood ships.

Spiral Log Clamp

The track features easy-to-use spiral log clamps to hold logs securely while milling.

Cutting Length

It comes with a 157'' standard log track with a cut length of 123'', and you can purchase a 78” extension track at MechMaxx according to your needs.

New sawmill

I am thrilled with the quality of my new mechmaxx32 inch portable sawmill,we have had a lot of rain recently so have not got it all together yet,Hopefully in a couple more days,will be up and running!

I've been using it for about a month now and have to say it works just like I hoped it would! It only took a day to get it up and running and it cuts great and is straight!

Since purchasing the MechMaxx SM32 in March, I can honestly say I have no complaints! From assembly to pre-start inspection and setup, this sawmill exceeded my expectations.

I have always been interested in sawmills and after searching, I decided on the SM32. The ease of use and cost make it a perfect first-time purchase. I would definitely take some time to assemble it, take my time and follow the directions.

Assembly instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Using this mill is easy and its operation can be learned quickly. I have about 25 hours in so far.
