Product Overview

16"x24" (40x60cm) Large Heating Area with 20,000-Hour Sponge Liner：Oversized heating pad fits big designs for T-shirts, tote bags, and pillows, while also accommodating small items like phone cases. The high-density sponge liner ensures long-term durability (20,000-hour service life), and a soft thermal inner layer adapts to different material thicknesses—plus reduces unwanted odors to keep home workspaces comfortable.
Thickened Cast Aluminum Plate + Dual-Tube Rapid Heating Aluminum’s excellent thermal conductivity pairs with an M-dense heating layout and double-tube technology, cutting preheating time to 10-15 minutes and improving temperature uniformity by up to 50%. Maintains stable temperatures for crisp, consistent transfers on thin-to-medium materials (e.g., T-shirts, lightweight fabrics, phone shells)—ideal for quick DIY projects.
Lightweight Structure & Easy Home Operation: Aluminum-based body is lightweight and easy to move or store, perfect for home users rearranging workspaces. The pressure knob has a light adjustment force, letting beginners easily fine-tune pressure for delicate substrates (thin cotton, fragile phone cases) without straining. Teflon coating on the aluminum plate also prevents scratches on fragile materials.
Precise Digital Controls with Beginner-Friendly Alerts: Clear digital panel allows accurate adjustment of temperature (32-750℉/0-399℃) and time (0-999 seconds), with high-precision sensors ensuring temperature stability. An auto buzzer alarm notifies you when transfers finish—avoiding over-pressing even for users new to heat pressing. Supports Fahrenheit/Celsius conversion for convenience.
Low-Maintenance & 110V Home Compatibility: Optimized for 110V household outlets (no special wiring needed), fitting seamlessly into home workshops. The sponge liner can be replaced individually (lowering long-term maintenance costs), and the aluminum plate resists rust—great for occasional DIY (personalized family T-shirts, custom gifts) or small-batch home production.
