Product Features

Professional Large Format Heat Press Machine

This is the premium MS3240 manual clamshell heat press from MechMaxx, a must-have commercial equipment for sublimation transfer, heat printing and fabric processing. Rated at 220V and 6300W, it delivers stable and powerful performance to handle daily mass production for garment shops, gift customization stores and home decoration studios.

Extra Large Working Area

Equipped with a super-large heating platen of 32 x 40 inches (80 x 100 cm). You can finish heat transfer for full-size fabrics in one operation, or process dozens of small crafts simultaneously. The oversized working platform greatly boosts your production efficiency and expands your processing range.

Reinforced Cast Aluminum Heating Platen

Adopts thickened cast aluminum heating board with excellent thermal conductivity. It heats up evenly across the entire surface without hot spots. Matched with high-density foam pad and eco-friendly silicone pad, the whole structure maintains stable pressure, makes transfer colors bright and vivid, and extends the service life of the machine.

Dual Pressure Adjustment Knobs

Designed with dual independent pressure knobs for flexible and precise pressure control. Simply turn the knobs clockwise to increase pressure according to different materials and crafts. This practical design eliminates uneven pressure and heating issues, ensuring perfect contact between upper and lower platens every time.

Multifunctional Digital Control Panel

The integrated digital controller supports accurate temperature and time setting. It features dual temperature unit switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius, piece counting reset and parameter saving functions. The heating range covers 32-750 ℉ (0-399 ℃), and the machine takes only 15 to 30 minutes to finish preheating, easy for all operators to master.

Wide Application for Multiple Materials

This all-round heat press works perfectly on cotton, linen, chemical fiber, nylon, metal sheets, ceramic tiles, key chains, pillows and mouse pads. Besides sublimation printing, it also supports flocking print, vesicant print and lining bonding for clothes, caps and shoes, covering most heat transfer crafts.

User-Friendly Manual Operation & Slide-out Table

Featured with ergonomic manual handle and slide-out work table, the machine provides extra operating space and improves operation safety. The whole workflow including material placement, heat pressing and finished product removal is simple and intuitive. Even new operators can get familiar with the operation quickly for continuous mass production.

Comprehensive Safety Protection System

Equipped with solid ground wire protection and professional air switch for power cut-off control. Please connect the machine to a ground fault protection socket and use it only in dry indoor spaces. Multiple safety designs avoid scalding and operational risks, ensuring stable and secure long-term commercial operation.

Durable Build & Complete After-Sales Support

All metal structures are solidly manufactured for heavy-duty long-term use. The machine comes with a sturdy metal stand and a detailed official user manual. We provide 1-year global warranty, professional troubleshooting guidance and daily maintenance tips to keep your machine running stably all the year round.
