4" Honda Gasoline Engine Wood Chipper

Wood chipper GS650 is powered by HONDA Gasoline Engine, which is designed with safety in mind and is fitted with an emergency break system. Maximum chipping capacity is 4 inch.
The modern design, tubeless tyres and well balanced construction allows the chipper to be maneuvered easily.
Double-edge cut reversible blades greatly increase the service life.
The machine is equipped with a trailer bar[2" Coupler hitch] for easy towing.
The gravity tilt chute effortlessly feeds lawn clippings, branches, shrubs, compost and any other debris to be disposed of. The durable cutting blade stays sharp for a long time, but can also be flipped over when you need to replace it.

Oil: 10W-30

12" Gasoline Engine Stump Grinder

It is an extremely powerful machine with 8pcs replaceable carbide teeth.
The power is delivered to the stump cutting wheel via a centrifugal clutch and 2pcs driving belts.
The belts are easily adjusted by loosening the engine bolts and rotating the belt adjuster.
The grinder is capable of removing the toughest and most awkward tree stumps with minimal effort.

Product Features

Feeding Chute

There are 2 buckles that can be quickly opened for easy cleaning of residual wood chips and blade replacement on one side of the feeding chute.

Discharge Chute

Similarly, on one side of the discharge chute, there are 2 buckles that can be quickly opened for easy cleaning of residual wood chips and blade replacement.

4.10/3.50-4 Pneumatic Wheel

GS650 is equipped with two 4.10/3.50-4 Pneumatic Wheels, and the wheelbase reaches an impressive 31.4’’ , providing enhanced stability when being towed.

Safety Devices

On the lower side of the feeding chute, there is an emergency stop button. It can be used to stop the machine at any time in case of an emergency.

Maximum Wood Chip Diameter 4’’

The core cutting component of the GS650 Wood Chipper is a roller, providing maximum cutting force to effortlessly cut branches with a maximum diameter of 4’’.

Blade and Belt

The belts are made of Kevlar, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary neoprene belts, greatly reducing maintenance frequency. The blades are made of professional A8(5Cr5MoWS), providing the appropriate strength and toughness, significantly extending the blade's lifespan.

Cutter Wheel and Teeth

Mounted on the 10-inch diameter cutter wheel are 8 sets of professional-grade teeth, enabling a cutting diameter of an impressive 12 inches . This allows for cutting stumps at a higher elevation from the ground. The pocket is forged from 42CrMo, and teeth are made of YG11C alloy, with a diameter of 1 inch. This design ensures more efficient stump cutting, improving work efficiency by approximately 35% compared to other types of teeth.

Chassis Rotation

The design concept is to integrate the engine, cutter wheel, and handle into a single welded structure as a working unit. There is a set of rotating mechanisms between the working unit and the chassis. The lever on the right side of the handle can lock and release the chassis.

Left and Right Swing Rotation Angle

The chassis's left and right swing angle can reach 65 degrees, with a linear distance of up to 31.5 inches. This allows for easy cutting of stumps with a diameter of up to 31.5 inches, relying solely on the simple swinging of the chassis.

Tyre Fixation

In our latest design, both tyres are fixed simultaneously, and the chassis swings left and right to perform tasks. The major advantage of this design is the ability to work more easily and continuously. Fixing both tyres at the same time ensures protection against collision injuries caused by operator errors, greatly improving operational safety.

Cutting Height and Depth

With a maximum cutter wheel rotation diameter of 12 inches and a dual-wheel locking design, the handle can easily be pressed down, achieving a cutting height of 12 inches above the ground and a depth of 10 inches..

Adjustable Rotation Handle

This lever controls the locking and releasing of the chassis. When the chassis needs to rotate during work, lift the lever. To move the machine to the next work area, return the lever to its original position, and simultaneously release the tire brake handle to enable movement.
