Ideal for small personal operations, car enthusiasts, roadside tire shops, small businesses, race shops, or as a backup for more specialized tire machines.
Powerful Left Assist Arm: It features a left assist arm to handle run-flat and low-profile tires. It comes with a drop-center cone, which holds the bead in the drop-center, further helping protect the tire during external clamping procedures.
Quick and Damage-Free Tire Handling: The swing-arm design offers the ability to quickly and easily mount and dismount tires on most steel or alloy wheels without causing any damage. The powerful motor and maintenance-free gearbox ensure easy tire removal and installation.
Bead Blaster for Stubborn Tires: This tire changer comes with a powerful bead blaster inflation system. The system efficiently shoots a burst of air into most stubborn tires, seating beads quickly without damaging the tire structure.
Optional Motorcycle Adapter: When equipped with a motorcycle adapter (sold separately, SKU: 200020), this tire changer can also handle motorcycle tires.

Multiple Accessories Included

This machine comes with a variety of accessories, including 2 sets of Shovel Covers, 2 sets of Jaw Covers, 5 sets of Plastic Inserts, an Air Blow Gun, a Valve Stem Tool, a Lube Brush, Lubrication Grease, a Plastic Duckhead, a Crowbar, a Bead Press Tool, a Tire Rim Protector, a Spring Plate, and a Pedal Spring.

Pneumatic Assist Arm

The multi-functional assist arm includes a drop center tool and two traveling bead press rollers. The increased travel stroke allows the arm to easily handle large and wide tires. The 10mm thick triangular connecting plate provides strong support for the arm. Made from a 60x100 strong square metal tube, the arm’s design minimizes the distance between the hex shaft and sleeve, preventing rim damage and scratches.

Hand Held Bead Blaster System

Includes a hand-held bead blaster system that uses a powerful air blast to seat stubborn beads.

Upgraded Stainless Steel Mount/Demount Head

The stainless steel mounting head is designed to prevent contact and avoid damage to both the rim and tire. The demount head has plastic protectors to minimize damage to wheels. A rigid 41mm hex bar support resists flexing on tough low-profile tires, keeping the mount/demount head stable during operations.

High Strength Clamp

Dual multi-tooth jaw sets allow for both internal and external clamping. High-strength, rust-proof clamps provide a secure hold. Equipped with protective covers that prevent damage by placing plastic between the metal jaws and the wheels during internal clamping, avoiding marring or scratching.

High-Torque Turntable & Durable Cylinder

The high-torque electric turntable efficiently spins tires to seat or remove beads. Fits tires from 10 to 24 inches, meeting a wide range of tire maintenance needs. Two-way rotation and high clamping force. The scientifically designed, durable aluminum cylinder provides powerful grip and long service life.

Internal Reinforced Steel Tube

Reinforced steel tubes provide rigidity and strength during tire mounting and demounting.

Copper Core Motor & Maintenance-free Gearbox

The motor features a strong copper rotor, high-quality bearings, thermal insulation, and durable steel frames. The maintenance-free gearbox is mounted between two steel plates to prevent flex during operation.
