Mechmaxx Refund Policy

Refund process

Please contact customer service email info@mechmaxx.com and indicate the return item and the reason for it. MechMaxx will reply to the customer within 24 hours. For damaged or defective products, MechMaxx need pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process returns/refunds.

Once the return request is approved (note: Unauthorized returned items will not be accepted), MechMaxx will provide customer with a shipping label. Please attach the label to the machine and send it to the designated location.

The items to be returned should be packaged together with the original packaging and all accessories should be placed in the original shipment.

MechMaxx will refund according to customer’s original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the package.


Non returnable items

  • Products damaged due to negligence.
  • Products damaged due to unauthorized modification of products.
  • Products damaged by natural disasters.
  • Products damaged due to non-compliance with user manuals.
  • Products damaged due to natural wear and tear on worn parts such as belts and blades.
  • Products damaged due to use in non product design environments.
  • Stolen or lost products.

Returnable items

  • Products that cover defects in materials used for manufacturing products.
  • Products that cover process defects under normal use.
  • Products that cover components that are damaged during normal use.

Return charge

If the return is due to MechMaxx’s issues (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issues), MechMaxx will provide the customers with a full refund, including the shipping cost of the return.

If the return is due to the customer’s issues (such as not liking/wanting the product, or ordering the wrong product/size), the customer shall pay a 15% re-listing fee and shipping fee.  (Orders cancelled before shipment will not be charged a re-listing fee, but a refund fee of up to 6% of the total order value will be charged).

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customer will need to apply for a return authorization from the MechMaxx customer service staff to return the product and receive a refund for the order. Please note that a 15% re-listing fee and any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Returned products must be in the original box and unused. Otherwise, MechMaxx will have to charge extra for damage.


Various return situations

  • Damaged upon receipt

    Once MechMaxx confirms the damage, customer can choose to repair the product or return it for replacement at no additional cost. MechMaxx will have its own technical support team to provide repair services. If customer wants to repair the product through a third-party service provider, customer must first obtain authorization from MechMaxx.
  • Incorrect quantity of products

    If customer receives an incorrect quantity of the product, please contact MechMaxx and provide the order number and product picture as well as the quantity of the product received. If MechMaxx confirms that the quantity of product shipped to the customer is incorrect, MechMaxx will send the missing product to the customer free of charge.
  • Missing parts

    When customer receives the product, please make sure that all parts on the packing list are supplied with the goods. If there is a discrepancy, please contact MechMaxx and provide the missing parts in the packaging. MechMaxx will send the missing parts to the customer for free.
  • Defective products

    If the product does not work properly, please contact MechMaxx customer service for technical support. If MechMaxx determines that the product is defective and beyond repair, customer may choose to replace or return the product free of charge and receive a full refund.

MechMaxx will confirm receipt of the goods within 5 days and inform the customer whether the goods meet the return conditions. After receiving the returned product, it usually takes up to 5 business days (longer on weekends or holidays) to issue a refund. Upon completion, customer will be automatically sent an email with the refund amount and refund ID. In general, the refund will be paid according to customer’s original payment method. The user's specific payment time will vary according to the specific business day of the bank.


Service Notice:

Defective machines/parts/returns

Mechmaxx's return policy is subject to specific circumstances. In most cases, any problems can be resolved by calling for a diagnosis and sending replacement parts. All Mechmaxx equipment comes with a one-year warranty for the entire machine. The warranty policy of the engine is: a 3-year warranty for KOHLER or B&S VANGUARD engine and a 1-year warranty for other brand engines. Mechmaxx will ship the repair parts to the customer after confirming the cause of the malfunction of the machine purchased by the customer.

As the machine warranty does not cover labor, there is no compensation for the time spent by the customer or a third party on the complete machine repair or part replacement. Before sending any part, Mechmaxx may require photos or videos as diagnostic evidence to help determine the cause of the problem, and it is the customer's responsibility to cooperate in providing the required photos and videos. Mechmaxx may also require a fee if a defective product needs to be returned.

If the after-sales problem cannot be solved by sending parts, Mechmaxx may choose to return the machine to Mechmaxx's warehouse for repair. This decision is solely at Mechmaxx's discretion. If the customer decides to return the product for repair, Mechmaxx will repair the product and then return the repaired machine to the customer.

Mechmaxx may choose to send new machines/accessories to the customer instead of conducting on-site repairs or sending them for repair, and this decision is also entirely at Mechmaxx's discretion. In most cases, Mechmaxx will pay for transportation costs, and Mechmaxx reserves the right to decide on exceptions.

Cancel order/return

Mechmaxx takes pride in delivering quality garden machinery, construction machinery, tractors/sliders to customers and strives to make every customer happy with their order.

If the customer changes his purchase intention and cancels the order, he needs to fill in the form on the website and submit it, waiting for MechMaxx’s consent. Please note that any cancellation of orders for reasons other than mechmaxx product quality will be subject to a re-listing fee of 15% of the total order value, as well as possible shipping costs.

Due to dissatisfaction with the machine, Mechmaxx may choose to accept the return of the machine. The customer must notify Mechmaxx of the machine within one week of its arrival at the customer's delivery address. The decision to accept machine returns is at Mechmaxx's sole discretion. Reasons for refusing to return a product may include, but are not limited to: changing mind and not wanting it anymore, delayed delivery, performance differences due to operator errors, lost or already used packaging affecting secondary sales, etc. Mechmaxx may provide a full or partial refund; The amount of refund is at Mechmaxx's sole discretion. Mechmaxx is not responsible for any expenses or losses exceeding the actual purchase price of the machine.

Return shipping costs

Returns will not be accepted without explicit authorization from Mechmaxx. In the event of a return, Mechmaxx will provide the necessary documentation for the return of goods shipped via truck LTL. The customer will be responsible for arranging pick-up times and dates with the shipping company. Depending on the circumstances, Mechmaxx or the customer may bear the return shipping costs. Mechmaxx reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the exact amount of the return fees.
