At Mechmaxx, we strive to make the warranty claim process as easy as possible. Please read the instructions below for a general overview of our warranty policy.


Warranty repair information

Machine repairs: During the warranty period, machine repairs must be carried out by an authorized MechMaxx® service center. You can send the products that require repair to our designated location. Please note the following:

  • The warranty period for MechMaxx® machine repair is 1 year from the date of shipment. If you are unsure whether your machine is still under warranty, please contact us during normal working hours.
  • If you choose to do the repair yourself, you will not receive manual compensation. If you need a part covered by the warranty, please contact us during normal working hours for assistance.

Important note: Call to inquire about service hours, business hours, business location, and availability of specific repair work before returning products that require repair. We do not accept returns without contact.

Please review your machine warranty carefully for coverage. You can find warranty information in the product manual. The relevant content can be found in our product manual.


Warranty repair information

Engine maintenance: The engine warranty period is 1 years from the date of shipment (VANGUARD, KOHLER brand: 3 years, other brands: 1 years).

If your engine needs repair, we recommend that you contact us during normal working hours to inquire about service hours and business hours.After confirming that specific repair work is available, you can ship the product you need to repair to the designated location we require.

 

 

Except for the engine part, the whole machine warranty is 1 year: Unless otherwise stated, all products under ordinary and normal use will not have material and process defects within one year from the date of shipment.According to the warranty terms, MechMaxx® has the option to repair, replace or refund products that are defective or damaged during transportation. However, it is the customer's responsibility to replace normally worn products or parts.

If MechMaxx® agrees to accept a return under warranty, you must obtain a return authorization from MechMaxx® by phone before returning a defective or damaged product. For specific warranty information about your product, please refer to your product manual (which can be found on the product support page).

At MechMaxx®, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple as possible. When you find that your product is not working properly or encountering problems, please stop the machine and call our customer support team. Our customer support staff can assist with the most common problems over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing work interruptions.

To expedite the warranty process, we need you to provide videos/pictures that reflect the problem and an overall condition description. Such videos/images/text should be submitted via email to info@mechmaxx.com. Photo file is required for all warranty claims. A warranty claim cannot be made without a video/photo file that proves the issue.

We hope to solve the problem as efficiently as possible, so we will bear the repair parts and standard LTL logistics shipping costs from the warehouse to the customer. Next Day Air freight (NDA) or any other special freight services are not covered by the warranty, but can be arranged by the customer at their own expense.


Exclusion situation:

Damage caused by external forces such as weather is not covered by the warranty. Blades, teeth, clutches, and parts such as PTO shafts and belts and hoses are considered normal wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty unless they are clearly defective. Any modification or alteration made in any way may void the warranty of the entire machine. Mechmaxx reserves the right to reject any warranty claims in its sole discretion.


Ownership:

The warranty is only valid for products purchased through retail at www.mechmaxx.com.

All warranties are valid only under proof of purchase.

Mechmaxx does not provide warranty for products purchased from third parties.

* Under no circumstances shall Mechmaxx, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or any forms of consequential damages, including any other claim, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, or in any way related to your use of any product, whether physical injury or property damage, for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of money or any similar damage arising from your use of any product purchased from Mechmaxx, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Product.


Submit product warranty claims

Please complete the claim form and ensure that photos are attached - if you are unable to provide a photo, the claim process may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our claims department will contact you within two business days to provide a solution.

*Please note that the defective product must be located in the Continental 48 states of the United States. Otherwise the product may not be covered by the warranty due to its own change of address, and any shipping costs incurred must be paid by the claimant.
