How do I purchase products? is a well-known mechanical e-commerce mall with leading product display and search functions, secure online payment functions and information management functions.

You can search for products and place orders by yourself:

Find the product you need and make sure the size, color, model and other parameters match your needs. You can find a detailed description of the product on the product description page;

Sometimes, MechMaxx offers coupons for specific products. Please search for them on the coupon page or product page;

Click Buy Now to enter the payment page. You can also add products to your shopping cart and continue searching for other products.

If you need assistance from human customer service or pre-sales inquiries, please go to the inbox chat window.

How do I configure my address?

You can enter multiple shipping addresses from "My Shipping Address" and select the address you use most often as the default address.

First, please place an order for the product you want to purchase and then go to the payment page.

On the payment page, you can configure your shipping address at the top and add your commonly used address.

Why can't I place an order?

The product may have been removed or out of stock, but your browser is not refreshing the status.

When there is only the last item in stock, multiple customers open the payment page at the same time, resulting in only the customer who made the first payment successfully placing the order.

Your shipping address is outside the delivery range or contains non-English characters.

Please contact website customer service if you encounter the above situations.

How do I check the order status? How do I view order details?

Log into your MechMaxx account and click "My Order" in the top left corner of the home page.

Find the order you want to view and click on order details.

Query without login:

You can also check the order status through the chat window in the lower right corner of the website homepage. Follow the prompts to enter your email and order number for querying.

If I cancel my order, does the refund include the coupon discount amount?

If you cancel your order, the refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you paid.

What is the shippment policy?

Most orders will be shipped free of charge from our warehouse located in CA, IL, NJ and TX. Normally, we need 2 to 3 business days to process the order. Depending on your location and how easily accessible that location is, the order usually takes 3-8 business days to be delivered to you.

If the order is cancelled or returned due to customer reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping and re-listing costs incurred and returned by themselves;

How do I obtain the tracking number? How do I track my order?

After the order is shipped, we will send you an email to inform you that the order has been shipped. Most orders include the tracking number. A few orders do not provide tracking number due to the logistics carrier's reasons, and the logistics status will be updated manually.

After the order is shipped, and after you have obtained the tracking number, you can use the number provided to track your order on the official website of the shipping company.

Or you can track it from the third party logistics Information query website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times may vary due to different product conditions, warehouse inventory, logistics arrangements, weather, seasonal holidays and other factors. Usually we will ship from our CA, TX, IL or NJ warehouse nearby depending on your location.

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days, customers usually receive the goods within 3-8 business days after the order is processed, and it may take up to 14 business days for delivery in remote areas or due to force majeure.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

Due to the unpredictability of transportation, once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, we recommend that you do not cancel your order after we have delivered the goods to the carrier. Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping and other expenses.

To prevent fraud, cancellations of orders that have not been shipped will also incur a maximum refund fee of 6%.Please refer to return and refund terms for details.

How long does it take to get a response after applying for a refund? When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is processed, your funds will usually be returned to your PayPal or bank account within 3-5 days. If you have not received your refund after 5 days, please contact us and we will investigate.

The refund period is 3-5 business days for debit cards and 10-30 business days for credit cards.
