Place an order

You can search for products and place your order online at https://www.mechmaxx.com. The product details page has corresponding images, descriptions, specifications and user manuals to help you choose the right product. But please remember that it is your responsibility to check the contents of the order and submit the information correctly.

Mechmaxx provides free delivery services in Continental 48 states of the United States (Lift gate service is included).

When placing an order, you need to fill in your real phone number or tell us your phone number in the message box, send us an email or call us directly as we need to call you to make an phone appointment and deliver the goods to you within your exact delivery time.

The order will be shipped from our main warehouse located in CA, IL,NJ or TX. Under normal circumstances, we will need 2 to 3 business days to process the order and start shipping.

Mechmaxx cooperates with multiple transportation companies and strives to provide customers with excellent transportation services and options. The specific delivery status of each order varies depending on the time of order, shipping address and cooperating transportation company.

In addition to having the order delivered to you, you can also choose to pick it up yourself at our warehouse. For specific questions about self pickup, please contact us by phone or email.

The products we sell are classified as small package express delivery or LTL truck delivery based on their packaging size and weight.

LIFTGATE is necessary for LTL products with residential or commercial destinations without the need for loading docks or forklifts. LiftGate is an electric lift platform attached to the back of a truck that allows the lowering of cargo from the truck's compartment to the ground. If you don't have an elevated loading platform or forklift to unload items from your truck, you'll need a LiftGate. For your good purchasing experience, we offer this service for free. Please also note that even with Liftgate, the customer or the person receiving the goods will have to move the product to the desired location on their own.

Mechmaxx accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. To protect your rights, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure your billing address matches your payment method to avoid delays in order processing. In addition, our website https://www.mechmaxx.com uses 2048 bit SSL to ensure security. And we don't store credit card information for any transactions. Customers can be assured that online shopping is safe.

After placing the order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you are a registered user, the order can also be found in the ‘Orders section of My Account’ in your account.


Order processing

Usually, our estimated delivery time is 8 business days.

Order Processing Time: After placing an order, it usually takes up to 72 hours to process the order based on your payment method and product availability. However, to prevent fraud, it may take up to 15 business days to process the order in some cases. Therefore, the shipping time varies for different orders.


Order status

After placing the order, you can log in to your account at https://www.mechmaxx.com to access the order and obtain updated order status information. You can also query the order through the inbox chat window.

If possible, we recommend you to check the order status online, some orders may have delayed display of order status. Please contact the customer service for assistance.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us in the first place via our real-time chat inbox on https://www.mechmaxx.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. You will need to obtain return authorization from our staff in order to return the product and complete the return order. Please note that in this case, a 15% re-listing fee and delivery fee will be deducted from the refund. The products requested for return must be in their original packaging condition and have not been used. Otherwise, Mechmaxx will have to charge extra for machine damage. (Orders cancelled before shipment will not be charged a re-listing fee, but a refund fee of up to 6% of the total order value will be charged).


Shippment

We ship for free to Continental 48 states of the United States: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Orders will be shipped free of charge from our warehouses in CA, IL, NJ or TX. Under normal circumstances, we will need 2 to 3 business days to process the order and start shipping. Depending on your location, the order generally takes 8 business days to be delivered.

After the order has been shipped, you can check the order status information on our website. Sometimes, the status information does not show that the order has been shipped. However, as long as the order has a tracking number, you can confirm that the order has started shipping and is in transit. You can try to check logistics information for updates after 24 hours.

For LTL orders, you can accept a phone appointment or reset the scheduled delivery time before delivery. We usually add this appointment service to all orders for free. However, in order to ensure that you can receive the goods in a timely manner, please fill in the detailed address and leave your usual contact information when placing the order, and keep your phone open to answer the call of the truck driver. Appointment time is usually from 8 am to 5 PM on Monday to Friday, please arrange your delivery time. If you are out, please contact the station or our customer service staff in a timely manner.

Please note that providing accurate contact information for your order, especially for LTL shipping, is your responsibility. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with delivery or missed delivery, including but not limited to reshipping costs, storage costs, etc. We will try to save the order on the site waiting for delivery for 3 days, then your failure to get in touch may result in the order being returned to Mechmaxx. In such cases, during the redelivery or refund process, we will reassess any expenses incurred by the customer and collect relevant fees.

Upon arrival of the goods, please check the outer packing immediately to see if it is in good condition and if there are any damaged or lost items. If the damage is unacceptable, please reject it and ask the carrier to return the goods. If damage is acceptable, please pay attention to any issues on the delivery receipt when using. Please keep a copy of your receipt for on-site photo and send it to us. If the issue is not noted in the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or lost items.

By signing a delivery receipt, it indicates that the signatory has received the goods under acceptable conditions. If you find a lost item or product damaged after receiving the goods, you must report the damaged or lost item to Mechmaxx within 5 business days of receiving it. In all cases, take a picture or video showing the damage and send it to the Mechmaxx service team. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement. After this period of 5 days, Mechmaxx will not be liable for any reported shipping loss or loss of items.

The last thing to remember is to keep all original packaging materials as well as all accessories, components/parts, and documentation in case you need to return the product to us. It is your responsibility to rebox, reset, redecorate, restep or repack the goods and have them ready for loading by the operator.
