MechMaxx Returns & Exchanges

Any products that you have purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. 


How to Return or Exchange Goods

Obtain Return Authorization: We do not accept returns without a return authorization. To obtain this, it is required that you take a photo of the item and send it to our customer service email info@mechmaxx.com providing as much information as possible regarding your return. 

Regarding Exchange: When obtaining a return authorization, please inform us of the product SKU you would like to exchange for, so that we can register and complete the process of making up the cost difference in advance. To get the fastest exchange service, please call and purchase your new items first. Once we receive the returned goods, your account will be refunded.

Repackaging Instructions: When we approve your return/exchange, we will confirm with you to see if the packaging meets our requirements.

Products must be in their original packaging, and opened products are not eligible for return.

Federal law requires all machines using gasoline, petroleum, or other flammable liquids to discharge flammable liquids before shipment.

Covers and plugs with flammable liquids must be naturally ventilated and dried for 24 hours before transport to ensure safety. Please note: The responsibility for the violation of this law belongs to the sender of the goods.

Safe repackaging of products: All products should be packaged in their original packaging for safe transportation. MechMaxx®️ shall not be liable for any losses caused by returns with improper packaging.

If your product is shipped back on a pallet, it needs to be secured with ropes or straps and the item must be covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent overturning and damage.

Return/Exchange Fee

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for returning the product to the designated MechMaxx return location or can choose to pay a return shipping fee, after which MechMaxx will arrange for a logistics company to handle the pickup.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, including the shipping cost from the MechMaxx warehouse to the customer.

If an order is canceled due to reasons attributable to the customer, a 3% processing fee will be charged.

We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the package.
