We offer a 30-day return and exchange service: Any product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.

How to return or exchange goods

Obtain return authorization: We do not accept returns without return authorization. To obtain return authorization, you need to take a photo of the item and send it to our customer service email for return authorization and instructions.

Regarding exchange: When obtaining a return authorization, please inform us of the product sku you are about to order to register and complete the process of making up the difference in advance. (To get the fastest exchange service, please call and purchase new items first. Once Mechmaxx®️ receives the returned goods, your account will be refunded.)

Repackaging Instructions: When approving your return/exchange, we will check with you to see if the packaging meets the requirements.

Federal law requires all machines using gasoline, petroleum or other flammable liquids to discharge flammable liquids before shipment.

Covers and plugs with flammable liquids must be naturally ventilated and dried for 24 hours prior to transport to ensure safety. Please note: The responsibility for the violation of this law belongs to the sender of the goods.

Safe repackaging of products: All products should be packaged in their original packaging for safe transportation. Mechmaxx®️ shall not be liable for any losses caused by returns with improper packaging.

If your product is shipped back on a pallet, it needs to be secured with ropes or straps on the pallet, and the item must be covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent overturning and damage.

Return/exchange fee

The customer is responsible for a re-listing fee of 15% of the total order value and any possible round-trip transportation costs.(Orders cancelled before shipment will not be charged a re-listing fee, but a refund fee of up to 6% of the total order value will be charged).
