Product Overview

  • Max Flow:63.6 CFM ,Recommended for use with M15AC230（SKU:300002）air compressor.
  • The housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with a compact structure to ensure safe use, capable of withstanding 464 PSI(3.2 MPa) for 96 hours and a maximum burst pressure of 1,523 PSI (10.5 MPa).
  • The housings undergo cleaning, degreasing, and special anti-corrosion treatment before coating to enhance durability, making them suitable for offshore platform operations.
  • Under operating conditions of 35–176°F (1.5~80℃)and pressure not exceeding 232 PSI(1.6MPa), the housing has a service life of up to 15 years, and the filter element lasts 6,000–8,000 hours.
  • The differential pressure gauge or indicator can easily measure differential pressure and indicate when the filter element is clogging prematurely, thereby preventing excessive pressure or abnormal clogging. If the indicator needle points to the green area, this means that the filter element does not need to be replaced.
  • Liquid sight glass made from unique materials is used to check if the drain is blocked.
  • The arrow markings clearly show the users the direction of the airflow.
