Refund Policy

1 Refund Process

 

    Please get in touch with Customer Service email info@mechmaxx.com indicating the item (s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 24 hours.  For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

    Once the return request is approved(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted), we will give you a shipping label. Please attach the label to the machine and send your machine to designated location.

    Pack up the item (s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

    We will refund to your original payment method after receiving the package in 5 business days.

 

2 Non-returnable items

 

    Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

    Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

    Damage caused by natural disasters.

    Damage caused due to not following the user manual.

    Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (belt, blades, etc).

    Damage caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.

    Theft or loss of a product.

 

3 Returnable items

 

    Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.

    Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.

    Covers broken components under normal use.

 

4 Return Charge

 MechMaxx makes it easy for you by offering free returns.

Please note that non-defective items that have not been used should be returned in the same condition it arrived in.

      1)Received Damaged

Once the damage is confirmed by MechMaxx, the customer can choose to have the product repaired or return it for a replacement product at no extra cost. MechMaxx will have our own technical support team to provide repair services. If the customer would like to repair the product through a third-party service provider, the customer must have authorization from MechMaxx first.

 

      2)Incorrect quantity of product received

If the customer received the incorrect quantity of the product, please contact MechMaxx and provide the order number and picture of the product and quantity of the product received. If MechMaxx confirms the quantity of the product shipped to the customer is incorrect, MechMaxx will send the missing product to the customer at no extra cost.

 

      3)Missing Parts

When the customer receives the product, please make sure all the components and parts on the packing list come with the shipment. If there is a discrepancy, please contact MechMaxx and provide the packing missing parts. MechMaxx will send the missing parts to the customer at no extra cost.

 

     4)Defective Product

If the product is not working properly, please contact MechMaxx customer service for technical support. If MechMaxx determines that the product is defective and not able to be repaired, the customer can choose to receive a replacement for free or return the product and be fully refunded.

We will determine the receipt of the goods within 5 days, after receiving the goods will inform you whether the return conditions are met. After we received the returned product, it will normally take 5 working days(It will take longer on weekends or holidays) for the refund to be issued.  When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID. Typically, refunds will be paid to your original form of payment.User's specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.
