I love it! What an awesome machine!! I did 13 stumps the first week I had it and one was 50 inches plus!

i bought a MechMaxx to remove many stumps on my land. i am about 100 stumps done already and could not be happier with the grinder. Most of my stumps were from trees cut about 18 months earlier and mostly pine, with a few oaks. the grinder just chews through them with ease.

Excellent build quality, rugged design.
Have over a dozen fresh stumps ground with no visible wear of teeth despite some rock contact.
Watching what your doing is difficult but the stump goes quickly. Chips will fly up to 40ft in some directions.

I bought this because I was quoted $900+ to get two maple stumps ground down professionally. Funk dat! I have a couple other trees I have to take down so I figured it was worth it to spend a little extra on one of these. Was well shipped. Followed the instructions on assembly. Had to shorten the PTO shaft a little. They give a formula for this which I followed but it turned out that I needed it shorter for my tractor (1.75" more). That was the only hold up. Everything else went great. I started taking out one of two large maple stumps. Within 15 minutes I had the majority of it ground down. Very impressed. I would recommend this Mechmaxx stump grinder.

I have to say I was skeptical at first because of the price . Now that I have recived and used this stump grinder now on over 20 large stumps I have to say I could not be more happy with this purchase.
Price is outstanding and with free shipping.
Product was well packaged with a steel frame around the grinder and everything was well secured. Shipping company moved it into my garage with no issue.
Grinder is of excellent quality. A side by side of a buddies green one is the exact same !
Came with nice instruction book and all tools needed.
100% would recommend.
Running mine on a BX 24 compact tractor.
