Fully capable of cutting large 26" logs and planks up to 7" wide in 1/2 the time compared to a regular chainsaw.

The gearbox is belt-driven via a clutch, which smoothly transfers power from the engine to the machine; maximizing operating efficiency.

Product Features

Engine and Electric Start

This sawmill is equipped with a 15HP 420cc Ducar electric start engine, which has excellent performance, reliable quality, and can be used for a long time.

Adjustable Cutting Thickness

The handle rotates through 23 locking locations ensuring precise and consistent control. The cutting thickness can be adjusted by rotating the handle to choose the right board for you, and the maximum thickness of the board can be cut up to 7’’.

Maximum Log Diameter

This sawmill can cut a variety of logs, and can cut logs with a maximum log diameter of 26”.

Emergency Stop Button

There is an emergency stop button on the top of the handle, which can stop the machine at any time in an emergency.

Maximum Cutting Width

According to the diameter of the log, the cutting width of the log can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the saw blade. The maximum cutting width is 22’’.

Throttle Handle

You can control the cutting speed by pushing this handle, which reduces the number of required steps and speeds up your woodcutting process; making it more efficient.

Saw Blade

The saw blade is made out of carbonized steel, with dimensions of 144*1.3*0.04’’, and a rotational speed reaching as high as 787’’ per second. This will ensure a smooth and stable cutting process while also reducing the amount of wood ships.

Spiral Log Clamp

The track features easy-to-use spiral log clamps to hold logs securely while milling.

Cutting Length

It comes with a 157'' standard log track with a cut length of 124'', and you can purchase a 78” extension track at MechMaxx according to your needs.

Best Value on the Market Today!

I just received and assembled my Mech Maxx SM-26 and I am very satisfied with the quality of this mill. I milled my first walnut log and everything went great. I have used the Woodland Mills HM130Maxx in the past and for the money, I would purchase the SM-26 all day long.

Awesome product cuts like a dream for a fraction of the price!

This was an excellent purchase, once we got it together it fired right up and cuts like butter.

Extremely happy with this sawmill! Considering the cost in comparison to other "well known" brands after substantial research across the market, I was a bit sceptical to say the least.
But for money spent it was by far the best deal. Is it one of the name brand saws?...nope...does it perform as if it were?... absolutely!
Stay on top of your maintenance and research different tips or tricks to employ when using the mill and you too will be satisfied with this purchase. I'm by no means a professional Sawyer , however as a master carpenter I know quality lumber...and with the right techniques this mill is capable of producing top quality lumber as if you went to the lumberyard and handpicked the best yourself. If you're a beginner Sawyer, and you're trying to not go broke getting started....you can't go wrong with this mill. Period.
