We provide free basic shipping with all orders.

Free basic shipping does not include delivery appointment coordination or other premium services, and is fulfilled by freight carriers selected based on routing availability and cost efficiency.

If you prefer additional delivery coordination and added protection during transit, you may choose Enhanced Shipping during checkout.

Enhanced Shipping includes the following benefits not included with basic shipping:

Protective Crate or Frame Packaging
Your product is shipped secured in a wooden crate or metal frame, depending on the equipment type, to provide structural protection during transportation.

Coordinated LTL Delivery Contact
The LTL freight carrier will attempt to contact you by phone prior to delivery to coordinate a delivery time that works for both parties.
This service allows the carrier to work with you to arrange a reasonable delivery window based on route availability, but it does not guarantee delivery at a specific time or allow on-demand appointment selection. All delivery times remain subject to carrier scheduling constraints.

Signature Required at Delivery
A signature will be required upon delivery, giving you the opportunity to visually inspect the shipment before accepting it.

Multi-Channel Shipment Tracking 
Gain access to comprehensive tools for monitoring your shipment status, including website self-service portals, mobile app tracking, online inquiry forms, email updates, and direct assistance via our customer service hotline.

If your shipment arrives with severe damage caused during transit, please take clear photos of the damage and note the damage on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the shipment if appropriate. Submit all photos and a description of the damage to shipping@mechmaxx.com within seven (7) days of delivery or attempted delivery.

Once reviewed and confirmed as transit-related damage, MechMaxx will assist with filing a carrier claim and will ship a brand-new replacement unit, subject to our review and approval process.

Enhanced Shipping is an optional paid service. Pricing is based on delivery distance, shipment size, equipment type, and logistical considerations, and will not exceed 2% of your order value, as determined in our sole discretion. Fees may vary based on seasonal carrier demand.
