Industrial HVLS fans are more energy efficient than traditional air conditioning and station fans, and long-term use can significantly reduce energy costs and improve worker efficiency, creating a more efficient working environment.

The standard configuration includes the I-beam structure mounting kit.For concrete or tubular/bent beam structures, additional optional accessories must be purchased according to the mounting requirements.
The standard configuration includes a 59" extension tube. Depending on the requirements of the installation, you can choose to purchase a 39.4"EXTENSION TUDE or purchase an additional EXTENSION TUDE CONNECTOR to assemble a 58.4" extension tube.
The fan should increase slowly from the lowest frequency to the highest frequency.
Power-on sequence: first turn on the main switch, then turn on the access input wire circuit breaker, then turn on the control cabinet circuit breaker(First time use), and then turn on the third-speed switch of the fan.
The size of this product exceeds the carrying range of the lift gate, and customers need to prepare their own forklift or unloading platform.

Equipped with a built-in safety protection module that automatically stops output in case of accidents. Uses Danfoss inverters imported from Denmark, certified by SGS for EMC compliance.

Blade connectors

The external clamp connector uses 7075-T6 aluminum alloy. The internal safety bar (6063 aluminum alloy & PA66 plastic) provides extra support from inside the blade. Grade 10.9 fasteners firmly connect the external and internal connectors to the blade. A Teflon layer minimizes direct abrasion between the external connector and the blade, reducing related noise.

Blades conducted comprehensive dynamic and static tests

We have designed two types of static test rigs to test stress levels at force points & determine blade life. The fan blade assembly is engineered for high fatigue resistance, tested to withstand over 10 million cycles—equivalent to approximately 20 years of reliable service life.

The natural breeze generated by the EURUS III HVLS fan can reduce the perceived temperature by 41–46°F (5–8°C), taking away the heat and bringing a cool feeling. The wind blows on the human body from all directions, making people feel as if they are in nature.

Comparing with common GearsBox Motor(78%) electrical conversal-efficency, same data of Eurus III Motor is 84.4%.
In a 96,875 ft² (9,000 m²) workshop, around 300 traditional 30-inch fans are needed for full coverage, while only 6 EURUS III fans (24 ft diameter) are required. Based on 2,400 hours of annual operation (10 hours/day, 8 months/year), the EURUS III fans consume about 21,600 kWh, compared to 540,000 kWh for small fans—saving over 90% in energy..
