Instead of an ax for grinding, you'll need a stump grinder. The stump problem was solved in half an hour. Be better and get the job done. That makes work so easy, doesn't it!

Spent an hour grinding a huge hardwood stump. It behaves very well and has sharp teeth. I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. Happy with its performance.

I have had my posts done about 38 times and the teeth that have been worked the most have some wear. Will it hold up, I think so. I should probably stock up on some replacement teeth for it.

I'm using it on a 40 HP tractor and it runs with no issues. It works best on pine and other soft woods. On hardwood it can get a little shaky and you obviously have to pay attention and slow down
