Warranty Information
Engine Warranty (VANGUARD Brand: 3 Years, Other Brands : 2 Years): For most power equipment, including all MechMaxx®️ Power Equipment, we provide protection against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary and normal residential use for a period of two
years or three years (Only for VANGUARD Brand) (30 days for commercial use) from the shipment date. Under the terms of the Warranty, MechMaxx®️ may choose to repair, replace, or issue a refund for products that are defective or have sustained damage in shipping. The
replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear
is the responsibility of the customer. If MechMaxx®️ agrees to accept a return under the Warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization from MechMaxx®️ by calling before returning the defective or damaged product. For specific
warranty information for your product, please refer to your product manual (available on the Product Support page).
All Other Products (1 Year): Unless otherwise noted, all other products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary and normal residential use for a period of one year from the shipment date. Under
the terms of the Warranty, MechMaxx®️ may choose to repair, replace, or issue a refund for products that are defective or have sustained damage in shipping. The replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear
is the responsibility of the customer. If MechMaxx®️ agrees to accept a return under the Warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization from MechMaxx®️ by calling (see Returns & Exchanges) before returning the defective or
damaged product.
Warranty Repair Information
Machine Repairs: During the warranty period, machine repairs must be performed by an authorized MechMaxx®️ service center. You can send the product that requires repair back to our overseas warehouse. Please take note of
the following:
The warranty period for MechMaxx®️ machine repairs is 1 year from the date of shipment. If you are uncertain whether your machine is still under warranty, please contact us during regular business hours.
If you choose to make repairs yourself, no compensation will be made for labor. If you need parts that are covered under warranty, contact us during regular business hours for assistance.
We recommend calling before sending back the product that requires repair to inquire about service hours, business hours, and whether specific repair work can be provided.
Please carefully review your machine warranty to understand the scope of coverage. You can find the warranty information in the product operator's manual. All manuals can be found in our product brochures.
Engine Repairs: The engine warranty period is 2 years (VANGUARD Brand: 3 Years, Other Brands : 2 Years) from the date of shipment. If your engine needs repair, we recommend contacting us during regular business hours to inquire about service hours and business hours. After
confirming that specific repair work can be provided, you can send the product requiring repair to our overseas warehouse address.
At MechMaxx®️, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple as possible. If you encounter any issues or problems with the attachment/product, please stop using it and call our Customer Support Team. Our Customer Support
staff can assist you over the phone with most common issues, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing disruptions to your work.
To expedite the warranty process, we require photos showing the problem(s) and the overall condition of the attachment. These photos should be submitted via email to info@mechmaxx.com. Photo documentation is required for
all warranty claims. Without photo documentation of the issues, warranty claims cannot be processed.
We aim to resolve issues promptly, and therefore, we cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping for warranty parts and attachments sent from the warehouse to the customer. Next Day Air (NDA) or any
other special freight services are not covered under warranty, but customers can arrange and bear the cost themselves.
Exclusions:
Damages caused by external factors such as weather are not covered under warranty. Ground engaging components, such as blades, teeth, shanks, cutting edges, PTO shafts, and hoses, are considered normal wear items and will not
be covered unless it is clearly a faulty product. Any modifications or alterations may void the warranty on the affected parts. MechMaxx®️ reserves the right to decline any warranty claims at our discretion.
*In any case, MechMaxx®️, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, lost
profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages. This includes claims related in any way to your use of any products purchased from MechMaxx®️, such as errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage
of any kind incurred as a result of using the product. These damages are whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise and are not covered under warranty.
