1. ELIGIBILITY AND PROMOTION PERIOD

The 'Halloween Buy & Earn Promotion' (the 'Promotion') is organized and hosted by MECHMAXX INC. ('MECHMAXX') on www.mechmaxx.com. The Promotion commences on October 29, 2026, at 00:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) and concludes on November 2, 2026, at 23:59 Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the 'Promotion Period').

The Promotion is open to all qualified customers who complete an eligible purchase directly on mechmaxx.com during the Promotion Period.

2. PROMOTION MECHANICS

During the Promotion Period, select participating products on mechmaxx.com are guaranteed to offer greater overall savings compared to pre-promotion value. Customers who purchase eligible products with designated SKUs will receive a MECHMAXX Digital Gift Card (E-Gift Card).

The face value of the E-Gift Card is strictly determined by the specific product SKU purchased, as explicitly set forth in Section 3.

4. ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY

Delivery Method: E-Gift Cards will be issued electronically and delivered via email to the primary email address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

Fulfillment Timeline: E-Gift Cards will be dispatched within three (3) to six (6) business days following the purchase date.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address. MECHMAXX is not responsible for undelivered emails resulting from invalid addresses or spam filtering settings.

5. REDEMPTION AND USAGE TERMS

Redemption Scope: The E-Gift Card may be applied like cash toward any future online purchase on mechmaxx.com, including whole machinery equipment, replacement parts, accessories, extended warranty plans, and associated service packages.

Validity Period: Each E-Gift Card is valid for 365 calendar days (1 year) from the date of electronic issuance. Any unredeemed credit remaining after 365 days shall automatically expire and cannot be extended or reinstated.

Non-Transferability: E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cash equivalents, or store credit.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND RECOVERY POLICY

Cancellation Invalidation: If a qualifying primary order is canceled, voided, or refunded (in whole or in part) prior to or following fulfillment, the associated E-Gift Card issued for that purchase shall be immediately invalidated and revoked.

Deduction from Refunds: In the event that an E-Gift Card has already been redeemed toward a subsequent purchase prior to the cancellation or return of the qualifying primary order, the full monetary face value of the redeemed E-Gift Card will be deducted directly from the refund amount applicable to the primary order.

7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND FINAL INTERPRETATION

MECHMAXX INC. reserves all rights regarding the final interpretation, administration, and execution of this Promotion and these Official Terms and Conditions. MECHMAXX INC. further reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice in the event of technical errors, fraud, unauthorized interventions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
