How do I register for a www.mechmaxx.com account?  

●Click the registration button in the upper right of the homepage;

●Enter your email and a password and then check your inbox for the email containing your registration verification code;

●After receiving the registration email, click the link in the email or the Activate button to complete registration;

●Click to Start Shopping on the homepage and you can now start your shopping on Mechmaxx.

Why can't I register for a www.mechmaxx.com account? Why can't I login to www.mechmaxx.com? 

●You must use an available email address that is not associated with another account;

●Please clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser to register;

●Please check whether the registration email is in your spam folder.

●Your account may have been closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the platform;

●Clear your browser's cache or use another browser;

●Please check whether CAPS LOCK is on and make sure that there are no spaces in the password. If you forgot your password, please click Forgot your password to change your password.

Can I register for a seller account on the website? 

●Currently, We have closed this registration channel. If you want to become our partner or have any other questions, please contact our customer service center at info@mechmaxx.com .

How do I change my user name? 

●In the upper right corner of the homepage, click on My Account - Account Settings

How do I change my password?

How can I complete my personal details? 

●In the upper right corner of the homepage, click on My Account - Account Settings

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

●Enter your email address and follow the link sent to your email to unsubscribe.

●Please note that you will still receive subscription emails you have explicity opted receive. You will also still be sent messages about your orders,and other related information.

●If you want to stop keeping records in the email system, delete or export your personal data from the email system, please contact our customer service staff at info@mechmaxx.com. Thank you.

How do I purchase an item?

●Find the items that you need and ensure that the size, color, model, and other parameters of the item match your needs. You can find the detailed descriptions of the items on the Item Description page;

●Sometimes, coupons are offered by MechMaxx for specific goods. Please look out for them on the Item Description page;

●Click on Buy Now to enter the payment page. You can also add the item to your Shopping Cart and continue searching for other items.

How do I configure my address?

You can enter multiple shipping addresses from My Shipping Addresses and select the one you use most often as your default address.

●First, please place an order on the item you'd like to purchase in order to proceed to the payment page.

●From the payment page, you can configure your shipping address at the top and add your commonly used addresses.

Why can’t I place an order?

●The item may have been taken down or there is no sufficient stock.

●Your account has purchased the same product repeatedly within 24 hours and the system detects that your account security may be at risk.

●Your shipping address includes non-English characters.

How do I check the order status?How do I check the details of my order?

Login to your MechMaxx account and click on My Orders from the upper right of the homepage.

●You can search the order number from the search bar.

●You can also check the status of your order from the Order Status at the top of the order.

●Login to your MechMaxx account and click on My Orders from the upper right of the homepage;

●Locate the order you wish to check and click Order Details.

What if I selected the wrong size or model of an item but have already placed the order?  How do I confirm receipt ?

Please check the order status:

●If the order status is Awaiting Shipping, you can directly cancel the order and place a new order;

●If the order status is Awaiting Delivery, then your order can no longer be canceled. However, you can try contacting the seller for a possible solution.

●Login to MechMaxx and click on My Orders on the upper right of the homepage.

●Select an order with the status Awaiting Delivery and click Confirm Receipt.

How can I cancel an order?What if I selected the wrong size or model of an item but have already placed the order?

●If you haven’t made payment yet, perform the following steps:

Go to MyOrders - Awaiting Payment and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;

Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel the order.

●If you have already made payment, but the item has not yet been shipped, perform the following steps:

Go to My Order - Awaiting Shipping and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;

Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel your order.

 

Note: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.

If I cancel the order, does the refund include the coupon's discounted amount?

If you cancel an order, the refund amount will be based on the amount you paid.

How do I leave feedback?How can I change my feedback?

Once you have completed an order, you can give feedback to the seller as follows:

●Go to My Orders and click Confirm Receipt.

●Go to the Received Items page and click Give Feedback.

●You can also upload five pictures to increase the credibility of your feedback.

Once feedback has been left, it cannot be changed but you can add follow up comments.

Why have my comments been deleted?

●Please check whether your comment contained false information.

●Please check whether your comment contained offensive language.

MechMaxx  Free Shipping Policy

 

●Most order will ship FREE from our main warehouse in City of Industry, CA ,or Cranbury,NJ , or Grand Prairie, TX. Under normal circumstances it will take us 2 to 3 business days to process the order and ship it. It will take up to 10 to 15 business days for the order to get to you based on where you are located and how accessible the location is.

●For delivery addresses far away from our warehouse, we will charge part of the shipping cost.

●If the order cancellation or return of goods which is due to customer reasons, customers have to bear the shipping cost of having generated and being returned;

●All the information, including all mails sent by Mechmaxx, and its promotion/price/delivery/return policies provided during promotion,is subject to the information displayed on www.mechmaxx.com.

How are customs duties and import taxes handled? After I place an order, when will the seller ship my item?

●Consumers are required to pay consumption tax. The rate of consumption tax is levied at different rates according to the laws of each state.

●Your order will be shipped within 7 days after payment. Once your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and the shipping confirmation. You can track your package from the order details page.

What should I do if the platform doesn't ship my item on time? 

●If the platform doesn't ship your item on time, you can cancel the order. You can also contact the us to determine the exact shipping time. If you deem the shipping time acceptable, the order will remain effective. If you deem the shipping time unacceptable, you can cancel the order.

How do I check the order status?

●You will be able to check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders > View Order Details.

How can I get the tracking number? How can I track my order? 

●After the order is shipped out, the tracking number will be shown under My Account > My Orders > View Order Details.

●You can track your item from the order details. You can also track it from the third party shipping company's website.

What if I don't receive my item on time? 

●We recommend first to check the shipment status of your item. If the item wasn't delivered by the promised delivery date, you may contact our customer service for a refund. At present, our commitment is that in all countries and regions, items must be delivered to the customers within 14 working days of shipping (Exceptions: national holidays, big promotions like Black Friday, Christmas and New year). If the seller promises a shorter shipping time on the product page, the seller's promise overrides ours. If there is a problem with the item during transit, you can contact our customer service.

●If you do not receive your parcel after 14 working days, please contact Customer Service for support within 7 days past your estimated

 delivery date. Claims made after this 7-day deadline will not accepted.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

●Delivery time may vary due to the conditions of different items, logistic arrangements, weather, and seasonal holidays. Usually, FTL services are faster than the LTL service but may also be more expensive. If you have stricter time requirements and we also offer various shipping services. For orders that require urgent shipping, we recommend that you contact us before shipping and change the default carrier service .

●Generally, orders will be delivered within 3 working days, and customers usually receive the goods within 8 working days, for remote areas, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Can I cancel an order at any time? 

●You may cancel an order any time before the item is delivered to the carrier. Due to unpredictable nature of shipping, once an item is handed over to a shipping carrier, we recommend you not to cancel the order after we deliver an item to the carrier. Otherwise, you'll need to pay shipping fees.

General rules for Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

MechMaxx allows unconditional returns for most items within 7 days after the date of receipt. Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 7 days , and can be repaired or maintained for 1 year from the date of receipt.

If customer changes mind about purchasing equipment from MechMaxx and return , a 15% restocking/return fee will be charged.

2. Date of Receipt and Return Window Period

The date of receipt used to calculate the return window period is one day after the date of delivery displayed on our third-party logistics platform. If you miss the return window as a result of late delivery or incorrect information displayed on the logistics platform, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

3. Non-returnable Items

(1)Electronic product that have been opened or used and cannot be resold

(2)Customized or personalized items

(3)Items that are not suitable to be returned by their nature, as confirmed by you at the time of purchase:

a)   Items classified as hazardous material, or spoil easily after opening

b)  Items that will depreciate in value once used

c) Items knowingly purchased near their sell-by date or defective

d) Items with the label “Unconditional returns not allowed” as indicated on the product description page

(4) Items that cannot be returned intact i.e. in its original condition with all accompanying accessories and trademarks

(5) Items not purchased from MechMaxx

(6)Items that have quality issues as a result of unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, water damage, modifications, or improper installation, or items with the label, device serial number, or security label torn or altered

(7)Items with information inconsistent with that on the warranty certificate

(8)Software and similar products

(9)Items with the security label scratched off

 

4. Other Rules of Return

    Items must be returned along with any accompanying free gifts for a full refund.

    Carefully inspect your purchase at the time of receipt. If the packaging or item is damaged, and you would like to reject receipt of the package, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. If you discover any defects after confirming receipt of your item, please submit a claim for a refund within 72 hours of confirmation. You may be required to provide a photo or video of your purchase for verification. Any late claims will not be accepted.

    Back up any data before returning data storage products to MechMaxx for repairs. MechMaxx does not provide data storage and exportation services, and will not be liable for any data loss or corruption

    MechMaxx reserves the right to issue a refund without a return of the item.

    Items can only be returned, and cannot be exchanged or replaced.

    Mechmaxx will provide a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label.

    A quality inspection report or other documentation issued by an authority is required to support any disputes regarding the quality of your purchase.

    Returned items must be in an unused, undamaged, and re-sellable condition, and must be returned with all accompanying accessories.

    MechMaxx will assume responsibility of returned items upon their arrival at the designated warehouse.

How do I make a refund request?

●If you wish to return an item, submit a return request under My Account> My Orders. We will solve the refund issue within 2 business days.

I applied for a refund but still received the item.

How long do I have to request a refund?

●www.mechmaxx.com offers refunds for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on www.mechmaxx.com follow our general Return’s Policy. When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, and how the item was purchased.

After applying for a refund, how long will it take to get a response ? When will I receive my refund?   I didn't receive a refund to my bank account. 

Once a refund is processed, your money will usually be refunded to your PayPal or bank account within 3-5 days. If after 5 days you still haven't received a refund, please contact us and we'll look into it.

●The refund period for debit cards is 3-5 business days and 10-30 business days for credit cards.

●Please send the relevant order number to our service email and we'll look into it.

Why didn't I receive a full refund ?The item I received doesn't match the description.I didn't receive my item.I'm not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute after arbitration.  

●We issue refunds in US dollars. Discrepancies between refund and payment amounts are due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Please use the US dollar amount as the standard.

●After clicking on the order, go to My Orders > Dispute > Disputes to submit a dispute. Select "Item doesn't match description" as the reason. Upload the unboxing video, warranty information, clear pictures of the received item, and any other important information, then submit the service form. The seller will promptly handle your dispute. If the seller doesn't handle it within 72 hours, the dispute will automatically upgrade to arbitration and a agent will intervene.

●For each dispute, you can make one appeal. If you're not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute or arbitration, you can resubmit after the first dispute.

Can I cancel a dispute ? 

●Yes. Buyers can cancel disputes that have been submitted. Enter the dispute and click "Cancel dispute", then click "Confirm cancellation" to cancel the dispute.
