1 Refund Process

    Please get in touch with Customer Service email info@mechmaxx.com indicating the item (s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 24 hours.  For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

    Once the return request is approved(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted), we will give you a shipping label. Please attach the label to the machine and send your machine to designated location.

    Pack up the item (s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

    We will refund to your original payment method after receiving the package in 5 business days.

2 Non-returnable items

    Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

    Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

    Damage caused by natural disasters.

    Damage caused due to not following the user manual.

    Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out (belt, blades, etc).

    Damage caused by use in an environment for which the product is not designed.

    Theft or loss of a product.

3 Returnable items

    Covers defects in materials used to manufacture your product.

    Covers defects in workmanship under normal use.

    Covers broken components under normal use.

4 Return Charge

    If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide you with a full refund, including the shipping costs required for the return.

    If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay a 15% restocking fee and the freight. (Orders cancelled before shipment will not be charged a re-listing fee, but a refund fee of up to 6% of the total order value will be charged).

    Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to request a Return Authorization from our customer staff to return the product and get the order refunded. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and any incurred shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. And the returned product must be in original box and condition and unused. Otherwise, MechMaxx will have to post additional charge for the damage. See Warranty and Return Policy for detail.

Once the damage is confirmed by MechMaxx, the customer can choose to have the product repaired or return it for a replacement product at no extra cost. MechMaxx will have our own technical support team to provide repair services. If the customer would like to repair the product through a third-party service provider, the customer must have authorization from MechMaxx first.

      2)Incorrect quantity of product received

If the customer received the incorrect quantity of the product, please contact MechMaxx and provide the order number and picture of the product and quantity of the product received. If MechMaxx confirms the quantity of the product shipped to the customer is incorrect, MechMaxx will send the missing product to the customer at no extra cost.

      3)Missing Parts

When the customer receives the product, please make sure all the components and parts on the packing list come with the shipment. If there is a discrepancy, please contact MechMaxx and provide the packing missing parts. MechMaxx will send the missing parts to the customer at no extra cost.

     4)Defective Product

If the product is not working properly, please contact MechMaxx customer service for technical support. If MechMaxx determines that the product is defective and not able to be repaired, the customer can choose to receive a replacement for free or return the product and be fully refunded.

We will determine the receipt of the goods within 5 days, after receiving the goods will inform you whether the return conditions are met. After we received the returned product, it will normally take 5 working days(It will take longer on weekends or holidays) for the refund to be issued.  When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID. Typically, refunds will be paid to your original form of payment.User's specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.

MechMaxx provides free shipping in the 48 contiguous states in United States.

When placing an order, you need to fill in your real phone number, or tell us your phone number in the message box, email Us or calling Us directly, because we need to make an appointment with you for the exact time of delivery when we deliver the goods to you.

The order will ship from our main warehouse in CA , or NJ , or TX.  Under normal circumstances it will take us 2 to 3 business days to process the order and ship it.

MechMaxx partners with several carriers for shipping and does our best to provide our customers good shipping service and options. Carrier used for each shipment varies depending on the order and type of equipment ordered, shipping address, and shipping services required.

In addition to have the order shipped to you, you can choose to pick up the order by yourself. 

The product we sell are categorized into Small parcel or LTL based on the size and weight of its package. Liftgate is required for LTL product with residential destinations or commercial destinations without a loading dock or forklift. A liftgate is an electric-hydraulic platform attached to the back of the truck that allows freight to be lowered from the bed of the truck to the ground.The truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate.For your good buying experience, we provide this service for free. Please also note that even with Liftgate, the customer, or person receiving the shipment, is responsible for:  

• Removing the product(s) from the truck
• Moving the product(s) to your desired location.

Order Processing 

Normally, our estimated delivery time is 8 business days.

Once the order is placed, it will normally take up to 72 business hours for us to process the order depending on your payment method and product availability. However, in order to prevent fraud, in some cases, it might take up to 15 business days to process the order. Therefore, shipping times vary and have several variables.  

Order Status

• Ordered – Successfully paid
• Order Ready – The order needs further processing in order to fulfill.
• In Transit – Check/Money order/ACH payment completed processing and been sent to our warehouse for shipment.
• Out for Delivery – The order has been shipped. Tracking info (ETA) is available.
• Closed – The order has been cancelled and refunded.

Order Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to request a Return Authorization from our customer staff to return the product and get the order refunded. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and any incurred shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. And the returned product must be in original box and condition and unused. Orders will ship FREE from our main warehouse in CA ,or NJ , or TX. Under normal circumstances it will take us 2 to 3 business days to process the order and ship it. It will take up to 8 business days for the order to get to you based on where you are located and how accessible the location is.

Once the order is shipped, you can check the tracking information on the carrier’s website. Sometimes, the tracking information does not show the order is shipped. But as long as the order has the tracking number, you can assume the carrier has the order and it is on the way. And try checking the tracking information 24 hours later for an update.

Each carrier operates differently. But many carriers run shipments to certain locations only on specified days and times. This is common for remote areas. In cases like this, orders may be held at a hub or terminal until there is enough volume to run a route to that location or area.

For LTL orders, you can request a call before delivery or set an appointment. We typically add this free of charge to all orders. However, to ensure this is added, please notate it in your online order or specify it to MechMaxx customer service representative. These appointments are usually set for a 4-hour window from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Please note, make sure to include accurate contact information for your order, especially for LTL shipments. The customer is responsible for any and all fees incurred from deliveries or missed deliveries including, but not limited to, redelivery fees, storage fees, etc. We will attempt to hold the order at a carrier terminal for up to 3 days before returning the order to MechMaxx. Any fees incurred will be assessed to the customer during re-delivery or the refund process. And please be notified that we cannot ship to a different destination than the one provided when the order is placed to prevent fraud.

When the shipment arrives, please check for any damage or missing items right away. If the damage is unacceptable, please refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to send the shipment back. If the damage is acceptable, please notate any problems on the delivery receipt when applicable. And keep a copy of the delivery receipt for you records. If the problem is not notated on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing the delivery receipt, the signer is stating that they have received the shipment in acceptable condition. If you find out there are missing items or the product is damaged after you receive the shipment, you must report damage or missing items to MechMaxx in 5 business days after receiving. In all cases, please take a picture or video showing the damage and send to MechMaxx service specialist. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you the replacement. After this 5-day period, MechMaxx will not be responsible for any reported shipping damages or missing items.

The last thing to remember is to keep all the original packing materials and all accessories, components/parts, and documentation in case you need to return the product back to us. It is your responsibility to re-box, re-crate, re-palletize, re-strap, or re-wrap the shipment and get it ready for carrier to pick up.

Any product may be returned or exchanged, within 30 days of its ship date, if the product is unused, has sustained damage in shipping, or is eligible for return under the terms of the warranty.

How to Return or Exchange

OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Without a Return Authorization, we do not accept returns. To obtain a Return Authorization, you need to take photos of the merchandise and send them to our customer service email for a Return Authorization and instructions.）

If Exchanging: When obtaining Return Authorization, tell us which item(s) you wish to order in exchange for the product you are returning. (For fastest exchange, call and purchase your new item first. Your account will be credited once your return shipment is received at MechMaxx®️.)

Repacking Instructions: When your return/exchange is approved, we will review packing requirements with you.

Federal Law requires that all machines that utilize gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids be drained prior to shipment. 

Gas caps and oil plugs must be left off for 24 hours prior to shipping. Please note: liability for violation of this law resides with the sender of the shipment.

Securely repackage the item(s). All products should be packed in original or equivalent packaging. Mechmaxx®️ will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged returns.

If the original internal packaging material (cardboard, styrofoam, etc.) was not saved, use newspaper to help protect the product in shipment.

If your product arrived on a pallet, the product needs to be on the footprint of the pallet, strapped down with cord or strapping material, and the item must be covered either with cardboard or plastic.
