Product warranty

Every MechMaxx product is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty commitment does not cover the conditions listed below.

At MechMaxx, we strive to make the warranty claim process as painless as possible. Please read the notes below for a general outline of our warranty policy.
When you notice the attachment/product is not performing properly or is experiencing issues, stop and call our Customer Support Team. Our Customer Support staff can assist with most common issues over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing interruptions in your work.
To expedite the warranty process, we will need pictures of the issue(s) and overall condition of the attachment. These pictures should be submitted by email to Photo documentation is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims cannot be provided if there is no photo documentation of the issues.
We want to resolve issues as efficiently as possible, so we will cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping on warranty parts and attachments sent from the warehouse to customer. Next Day Air (NDA) or any other special freight services are not covered under warranty but can be arranged at customer’s expense.
Damages caused by external forces such as weather are not covered under warranty. Ground engaging components such as blades, teeth and shanks, cutting edges and PTO shafts and hoses are considered normal wear items and will not be covered by warranty unless it is clearly a faulty product. Any modification or alteration in any way may void the warranty on any piece. MechMaxx reserves the right to decline any warranty claim at their discretion.
The Warranty is only valid to retail purchased products on All warranties are valid with proof of purchase only. MechMaxx does not warranty products purchased from third parties.
*In no case shall MechMaxx, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured from MechMaxx, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the product.

Submit a Product Warranty Claim

Please complete the Claim Form in its entirety and be sure to in its entirety and be sure to include photos – if you are unable to provide photos, the claim process may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our Claims Department will reach out within two (2) business days with a resolution.
Please note, the defective product must be located in the Continental United States or shipping charges may not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.
